Hightower Realty does not receive any financial or form of commission from any third party provider. This means that we can make unbiased recommendations based solely on our own experience, recommendations that you can rely on.

Before you choose a listing agent to work with you, you should always ask if they or the brokerage that they work for receive any financial benefit from using specific third party providers. In particular, ask if their brokerage has a business relationship with other service providers, such as an in-house mortgage broker or title company. If they do, the recommendations you will get will not be based on what is best for you, but on their company policies and on what is best for them.
