The listing agreement form that we use is a standard form issued by the Florida Association of Realtors, and known as the 'Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement'. I will prepare the listing agreement form using this standard form as a template, and send it to you to check over and sign. Before you sign you should be sure to ask for an explanation of anything you don't understand or don't agree with.
